The College Road project in Croydon, south London, comprises two towers. The tallest of these stands 50 storeys high, housing 817 co-living homes, and will be the tallest modular building in the world.

The CORTEX 0500FR Class B Membrane and 0771FR Class B Paste Adhesive were both required for their compliance with the correct EN standard for performance and for their Class B fire-classification.
