Cortex 0778FR Class B Contact Adhesive is a fire rated non-flammable solvent-based contact EPDM alternative adhesive designed to adhere EPDM membranes to a wide range of masonry products, concrete, timber and most common building substrates.

Characteristics

  • Non flammable
  • Easy application
  • High tack

Application

  • Ensure all substrates are dry, clean and free from contamination
  • Apply an even layer to each surface using a roller or brush
  • Ensure application is even and consistent
  • Allow the solvents to evaporate from the adhesive layer
  • Bring the two surfaces together and consolidate with a hand roller
  • Full adhesion will occur in 24 – 72 hours
